Which areas do you cover?

We are based in ChellastonDerbyshire, and cover all of our home county including Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire at no extra cost. We know that our Pod is special and lots of people want it so we can cover almost all of the U.K. in fact we have attended Wedding in the Lake District and Essex.  Please contact us to enquire about our services outside of our home area.

Can we have a demonstration?

Of course you can.  You wouldn't buy a car before test driving it.  We know you will fall in love with it as everyone does.  We will be at some Wedding Fairs but can do home visits too.  We will just bring the Pod and a couple of props to try it out.

How much is the deposit on your Pod?

The deposit is £100. The balance just needs to be paid 28 days before your event takes place.

Is there anything we should do to prepare for our booking?

Yes, the most important things are to be sure that your venue knows we are coming, that there is a power socket nearby and that there is enough space for the Pod you have booked. We cannot be held responsible if we arrive at your venue with the Pod and it doesn't fit. No refund will be offered. So do double check first.

What are the sizes & set-up times of your Pod?

Our Wedding Pod requires a floor space of about 3 metres X 2.5 metres. If there is a little extra space then great. A height clearance of 2.5 metres is also needed. They require a 30-45 minute set-up time.  Please contact us if you wish to have a smaller footprint as we can normally accommodate this.

IMPORTANT... In the event we arrive at a venue and there is not the space required, we cannot be held responsible and no refund of any kind will be offered. Please check with your venue if you are unsure.

Can your Pod go outside?

Erm.... The simple answer is no, however there are the odd exceptions, please drop us a line and tell us more about what you're after and for where & when. We can then take it from there.

Can your Pod go in a marquee?

Yes that's no problem. An even surface is required for the Wedding Pod and of course a plug socket or 2!

Do you do green screen in your Pod?

We do have the technology in our Pod software for it, but think its just a little too...er.... mmm...., moving on. There are others who do though if that's what your after. We prefer actual backdrops.  We can help you select from some of our favourites.  If you want your own custom backdrop, that's not a problem at all.  Our dog Skye loves creating new backdrops.  (an additional charge for this will be payable, please contact us first to discuss)

How do the prints come out?

Our software and printers are set to a format of 6x4 inches. They are printed on a glossy, quality paper in around 10 seconds. You can add any wording/logo you wish, just let us know in advance of your booking.

If you are booking a Pod and would like to change your prints to the smaller 6x2 format, we have a number of templates to choose from.  We prefer 3 pictures in Landscape as they are different from everyone else's. 

Why does your Pod only run until 11pm or 11.30pm?

The finishing time limits on our Pods have been put in place as after this time, guests can be a little too tipsy and we don't want our lovely Wedding Pod to get damaged.  We now find that these times are the right time to finish and allows us to pack up and your guests to dance away the last hour or so. Should you wish for your Pod to run past this time then that can be arranged, however a charge on top of the normal booking fee does apply. If this is something you wish to do please let us know details for your event and we will let you know the additional fee. Please don't think we are party poopers, we just have to protect our expensive equipment and staff.

What if I cancel?

We know that things happen beyond peoples control and will always take each case on its own merits. However it is worth reading our T&Cs page just so you are aware of the small print!

If we cancel, you will get a full refund of any monies you have paid, up to a maximum of the total booking fee.

In the event of a cancellation by us, we will give you as much notice as we can.
